These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the th666 platform. By registering or placing any bet, you confirm you have read and accepted these terms in full.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and th666 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the th666 platform — including the website, mobile browser interface, game lobby, sports betting section, and any promotional pages — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the th666 platform. These Terms apply to all users of th666 regardless of location within Bangladesh, including players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and th666.
2. Eligibility
To register and use the th666 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
- You must be at least 21 years of age. th666 applies a strict 21+ age policy and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age before processing any withdrawal or granting access to any account feature.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust or any other legal entity) opening an account for your personal recreational use only.
- You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration and keep that information current throughout your membership. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of th666, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
- You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gaming platform or national self-exclusion register, and must not have been previously banned or suspended from th666 for any breach of these Terms.
3. Account Registration
Each eligible person may open one account on th666. The registration process requires a valid mobile number, a password, and confirmation of date of birth. By completing registration, you consent to th666 processing your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. th666 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- Only one account is permitted per person, per household, and per device. Accounts found to be duplicates will be closed without notice. Any balance in a duplicate account will be reviewed and may be voided if there is evidence of bonus abuse or terms evasion.
- th666 reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation — including national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification — before processing withdrawals, activating bonus claims, or at any other time at its sole discretion.
- th666 may close or suspend any account at its sole discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, in connection with money laundering, or in any way that may harm th666 or other players.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions on th666 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made by account holders.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your th666 wallet instantly upon successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider.
- Withdrawals are only payable to payment accounts registered in the name of the th666 account holder. th666 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect account security.
- th666 reserves the right to request identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
- th666 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider.
- Deposits made in error — for example, an incorrect amount deposited due to a user input error — may be reversed at th666's discretion upon a timely support request. Deposits that have already been wagered cannot be reversed.
- th666 applies anti-money laundering (AML) checks to all accounts as required. Any account suspected of being used for money laundering or other financial crimes will be immediately suspended, reported to the appropriate authorities, and all funds may be withheld pending investigation.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
th666 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable rollover requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms for each individual bonus offer.
- The welcome bonus of 100% up to ৳20,000 is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device. Subsequent deposits are not eligible for the welcome bonus.
- th666 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to modify the terms of any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice, or to cancel a bonus credited to an account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, multiple accounts, or any form of systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
- Free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and VIP programme rewards are subject to the specific terms published for each offer. Free spin winnings may be subject to a maximum conversion cap as stated in the relevant promotion terms.
- Players who self-exclude under the Responsible Gaming policy are not eligible to claim any bonus or promotional offer during the self-exclusion period. Any bonus credited to a self-excluded account in error will be voided.
6. Game Rules and Betting
All games available on the th666 platform are governed by their individual game rules as published within each game's information panel. The following general terms apply to all gaming activity on th666.
- All game outcomes on th666 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software independently verified for fairness. th666 does not manipulate game outcomes, and any claim to the contrary is false.
- Bets placed on live casino games are final once confirmed. For sports betting markets, bets are settled in accordance with the official result for the relevant match or event as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute, th666's decision is final.
- th666 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds, bets placed by players using technical exploits, or bets placed after an event's outcome has become known (late bets). Winnings derived from voided bets will not be paid.
- The maximum payout per single bet or per single game session may be capped at the amount stated in the relevant game rules or promotion terms. th666 will notify players of any applicable payout caps within the game information section.
7. Responsible Gaming
th666 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to all players seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms and are binding on all account holders.
- All account holders may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits from within their account settings. Once set, limits can be decreased immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a cooling-off period of no less than 24 hours.
- Account holders may request a temporary time-out (cooling-off period) of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days from within their account settings or by contacting support. During a time-out, login access to the account is suspended and no promotional materials will be sent.
- Account holders may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting th666 support via live chat. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed. Self-excluded players will not be permitted to re-register for a minimum period of six months.
- th666 will never target responsible gaming self-exclusion requests or cooling-off periods with bonus offers, re-engagement marketing campaigns, or promotional incentives designed to encourage continued play. 8. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the th666 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
- Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, interact with game software, or manipulate game outcomes in any way.
- Opening more than one account on th666, whether under the same name or different names, for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or any other form of promotional benefit. This includes allowing third parties to use your account or using a third party's account.
- Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market. This includes chip dumping in poker or table games, match-fixing in sports betting, and any form of coordinated play designed to exploit game mechanics.
- Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods, including bKash or Nagad accounts that do not belong to you, to make deposits on th666. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using th666 as a vehicle for transferring illicitly obtained funds between parties.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the th666 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text content, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of th666 or its licensed content providers and game studios. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the th666 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the th666 platform without the prior written consent of th666.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, th666 excludes all liability for the following categories of loss, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise.
